The hiring process for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2023 consisted of three rounds.

Round 1: Aptitude and Coding
This initial round was an online test conducted on the HirePro platform. It included aptitude questions, technical multiple-choice questions (MCQs), and three coding questions of varying difficulty levels (easy, moderate, and difficult). Each aptitude and technical MCQ carried 1 mark. The candidate successfully solved two out of the three coding questions.

Round 2: Face-to-Face Technical Interview
This round took place offline at the college. The interviewer began with an introduction and then moved to a detailed discussion of the candidate's projects. Subsequently, a series of technical questions were asked focusing on object-oriented programming concepts, including: "Explain object-oriented programming." Round 3: Managerial Interview
In this round, the interviewer inquired about the candidate's database project, requesting a detailed description. They also asked to enumerate the tables used in the project and write SQL queries to retrieve data. Additionally, the interviewer asked about the latest technologies and which particular technology the candidate was interested in exploring further.
