Experience:

This experience was shared by Pranav Agarwal, who interviewed for an SDE Intern (Frontend) role. The process involved three rounds after resume shortlisting.

First Interview (Technical): This round was directly technical, focusing on frontend basics. The interviewer asked the candidate to share their screen, answered questions about HTML and CSS, and provided a problem statement to solve live. The candidate had to explain their approach while solving.

Second Interview (Technical - Core JavaScript): This round was a more upscale technical round, focusing on core JavaScript concepts. The interviewer had five to six questions planned. The candidate again had to share their screen, solve the questions, and explain their approach. A debugging question was also asked, where a code snippet was provided, and the candidate had to predict its output.

Third Round (Projects & Behavioral): This round was less technical and focused on the candidate's projects, past experiences, and motivation to join Headout. Questions were asked to understand the candidate's capabilities and work ethic.
