Experience:

The candidate applied for an internship at HighRadius through their college in June 2023. The process involved three main rounds.

Round 1: Online Test
This round was conducted online and lasted approximately 1.5 hours. It focused on assessing numerical ability, verbal ability, and reasoning skills. After two days, the candidate received a mail confirming selection for the next round.

Round 2: Video Submission & Case Study
For this round, candidates were required to create a 2-3 minute video about themselves. Additionally, they had to provide a solution to a given case study question. Following this, the candidate was selected for a 2-week unpaid internship.

Round 3: Offline Interview
After completing the 2-week unpaid internship, an offline interview was scheduled on-campus in July 2023. The interviewer asked questions related to the candidate's CV, projects, general academic performance (grades), and their interest in the HighRadius consulting role. Standard HR questions about the candidate and their family were also part of this round. The overall experience was described as great.

A week later, in August, the candidate received an offer for a 9-month paid internship. The candidate mentions leaving the internship in September to join Accenture, but still valued the learning experience as a business consultant.
