Phase 1: Application

Phase 2: Online Assessment

One or two days after applying, an online assessment was received. The exam consisted of one coding-type question of easy difficulty.

Phase 3: First Interview

A month after the online assessment, an invitation for the first interview with a Senior Engineering Manager was received. In this interview, the candidate was asked about past projects, internships, and the software stack they were comfortable with.

Phase 4: Second Interview

One week after the first interview, the candidate attended the second interview, which was with the CTO of the company.

Phase 5: Selection

3-4 days after the second interview, the candidate received the selection call. The candidate described it as one of the best interview experiences.
