The phone interview involved the recruiter explaining the position and providing more information about the company. The final round consisted of two back-to-back interviews: a 1-hour technical interview and a 1-hour behavioral interview. The technical interview involved writing an iterator class in Java. The behavioral interview focused on the candidate's interests and their motivation for joining Guidewire. The candidate ultimately received the position and found the overall interview process to be fair and a good experience.
