Experience:

Graviton visited the campus for both Software and Quant roles. The selection procedure started with a written test for shortlisting candidates.

Written Test: The test for the Software role had two coding questions (medium-hard) and 4-5 theoretical questions. The candidate fully solved both coding questions. Theoretical questions covered OS, DBMS, Networks, and Computer Architecture, requiring steps to be written. The candidate solved a good amount of theoretical questions, leading to a shortlist for the interview.

Interview: The interviewer primarily asked questions about C++ and Operating Systems. The candidate was informed that their performance in the coding test was satisfactory. Graviton looks at candidates holistically, valuing a decent GPA, a grasp of C++ concepts, and previous internship experience.

The candidate received offers from Graviton Research Capital LLP and Google India.
