Experience:

This interview experience is for a Technical Trainee role (FJ3 level for freshers) through a campus recruitment drive.

Round 1 (Aptitude): This round assessed basic aptitude skills, covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.

Round 2 (JAM - Just a Minute): Candidates were given one minute to speak on a topic of their choice. The primary focus of this round was to evaluate communication skills, fluency, and pronunciation.

Round 3 (Technical Round): Questions were asked about networking concepts. Interviewers also delved into the projects undertaken by the candidate and basic technical concepts related to the skills listed on their resume. The technical questions were not overly in-depth.
