Experience:

This candidate, Sri Poojitha, graduated in 2021 and was placed in Fujitsu in December 2021 for the role of Application Development and Multi-Cloud Management Services. The interview process consisted of three rounds.

Round 1: Written Test
This round comprised 60 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed in 60 minutes. The questions included 10 pseudocodes, 10 DBMS queries, and 40 MCQs covering various programming languages like C, C++, and Python. The pseudocodes and DBMS queries were considered a bit difficult, while the remaining 40 MCQs were manageable, making the overall difficulty of this round medium.

Round 2: Technical Interview
This round lasted approximately 15 minutes, although it was scheduled for 30 minutes. The interviewer started by asking for a self-introduction. Following this, questions were asked about the candidate's final year project. The interviewer then inquired about the candidate's most comfortable programming language, to which Python was chosen. Questions included how the candidate would rate themselves in Python and basic Python questions. Basic questions related to Java, Computer Networks, and IoT were also covered. The round was described as simple, and if answers were correct, the interviewer might conclude early.

Round 3: HR Interview
The final round was the HR interview, which was also described as simple. Questions included self-introduction, inquiries about company policies and packages, and discussion of the joining date. Other typical HR questions like family background, short-term goals, how to tackle situations in a work environment, and willingness to relocate were also asked. The candidate was informed of their selection and joining date almost immediately.
