Experience:

The interview process consisted of a single round that evaluated various aspects from technical skills to communication abilities. The initial part was an MCQ test covering Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Programming, and fundamental subjects like OOPS, DBMS, OS, and Networking. The test was considered easy, but a good number of MCQs needed to be tackled for shortlisting.

The technical part of the round included two simple coding questions, one on arrays and one on stacks, which had to be solved on pen and paper. A significant amount of time was spent discussing the candidate's resume, with questions asked about each technical skill and theoretical subject listed. Additionally, a few HR-related questions were asked, lasting about 5 minutes. Despite feeling confident about the round, the candidate was not selected.
