Experience:

This interview experience for EXL Analytics was conducted on-campus and consisted of three rounds.

1st Round: Online Written Test (on CoCubes)

• This round had 20 questions on Aptitude, covering topics like Data interpretation, Numbers, HCF LCM, and probability.
• There were also 10 questions on Reasoning, including sitting arrangement.
• The candidate felt this was the most difficult round.

2nd Round: Technical Round

• Questions were primarily based on the candidate's resume and the languages mentioned in it.
• There was a discussion about projects and the candidate's role in them.
• This round was described as "not so difficult to crack."

3rd Round: HR Round

• This round involved basic HR questions.
• Sometimes puzzles might be asked, with the main focus on the approach to solve the question, not just the result.
• Good communication skills were highlighted as an advantage.
