Experience:

This experience is for an on-campus internship at Ethosh Digital, an innovation-driven startup focused on AR/VR. The interview process consisted of two rounds: a Technical Round and an HR Round.

Round 1: Technical Round
The interviewer primarily focused on C++ concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Threading, and Templates and their various uses. Following the conceptual questions, the interviewer posed two problem-solving questions. These were described as easy-to-medium level and were based on Binary Search and Graph algorithms (BFS/DFS). The candidate first provided a brute-force approach and then progressed to the optimal solution for these problems.

Round 2: HR Round
This round covered several common HR and behavioral topics:

• Introduction: The interviewer asked for a brief self-introduction and followed up with questions based on the details provided.
• CV Review: Questions were asked based on the candidate's resume to verify its authenticity.
• Values, Strengths & Weaknesses: This segment aimed to assess the candidate's behavioral values, strengths, and weaknesses to determine compatibility with the company culture.
• "Why this company?": The candidate found this question challenging and felt they did not answer it very well, despite the interviewer encouraging them to relax and speak their mind.
• Questions from Candidate: The interviewer concluded by asking if the candidate had any questions.
