The candidate applied for a 1-year internship at Ericsson. The process started with an aptitude test, which the candidate found easy to crack.

Round 1: Technical Interview
The interviewer asked three coding questions. The first was to reverse a list of numbers without using any inbuilt function. The second was to find the octal of a number without using any inbuilt function. The third question involved finding the maximum subset sum and the subset itself from a list of numbers (including positive and negative values). The candidate solved these in about 30-35 minutes using Python and qualified for the next round.

Round 2: Technical Managerial Interview
This round was conducted by a senior manager. It began with a self-introduction. The interviewer then delved into deep learning concepts and algorithms, which the candidate felt wasn't adequately prepared for, despite pursuing an M.Tech in AI & ML. The interviewer, being very knowledgeable, suggested some deep learning courses. Questions were also asked about the projects mentioned in the candidate's M.Tech. Finally, a behavioral question was posed: "how you see yourself in the next 5 years in the line." The candidate was not selected but gained valuable insights.
