Experience:

The interview process for the Analyst role at Deloitte USI began with an Online Assessment. This round comprised 65 MCQs covering Programming and Reasoning, along with two easy-medium level coding questions. The duration for this assessment was 90 minutes. A total of 100 students were shortlisted for the subsequent rounds.

The second round was a Technical Interview, lasting 30 minutes. This round was conducted virtually. The primary focus was on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), the candidate's approach to solving real-life problems, and SQL queries. Specific questions included the difference between SQL and NoSQL, a medium-level DSA question, and some OOPS concepts.

The final round was the HR Round, conducted by a manager for 15 minutes virtually. This round focused on the candidate's resume, discussing projects, their role in them, and behavioral questions. Tips provided included being confident, focusing on communication skills, and being truthful about the resume. The results were announced a few hours after the HR round, and the candidate was selected.
