Experience:

This was a fresher's interview experience consisting of three rounds.

Round 1: Aptitude Round
This round was conducted on the SL.learning platform and had 40 questions to be solved in 25 minutes. Questions covered verbal ability, logical reasoning, coding/decoding, and analytical SQL. There were approximately 5-6 basic SQL MCQ questions, focusing on syntax and types of joins. About 50% of the students cleared this round. The difficulty level for this round was rated as easy.

Round 2: Group Discussion (GD) Round
This round was conducted on Microsoft Teams. Ten teams were formed, with seven members in each team. Latest topics were allotted for discussion. After the GD, another 50% of the shortlisted candidates moved to the personal interview round. The difficulty for this round was rated as moderate to tough, as some topics were challenging.

Round 3: Personal Interview Round
The interview focused on the candidate's resume, guesstimates, and puzzles.

• SQL Questions: Simple questions like "tell me about join" and "tell about the SQL intersect and union operator" were asked.
• C++ Concepts: Questions on encapsulation and abstraction were asked, as these were mentioned in the resume.
• Guesstimates: Two questions were asked: "How will you find the total number of students studying in class 5 in your district?" and "How will you find the total number of coins that can be fit into a normal size room?"
• Puzzles: Two basic puzzles were asked, including "how will you distinguish one nonidentical coins from a pile of nine coins where eight are identical, and only one is nonidentical, and you have to do it in minimum of steps."
• Resume-based: A question about a marketing analyst internship mentioned in the resume was also asked.

The personal interview round was rated as moderate to tough. Tips included practicing many puzzles and guesstimates and noting that the company does not focus heavily on coding but rather on analytical skills.
