Experience:

The candidate received an interview call through a recruitment consultant.

Round 1 (Coding): This was a 1-hour coding round with two questions. The questions were LeetCode's "House Robber" and "Minimum Remove to Make Valid Parentheses." The candidate solved the first optimally and the second optimally with extra space, later figuring out a constant space solution.

Round 2 (Design and Project Discussion): Lasting 1 hour, this round involved designing a whiteboard application, including features, data storage, and scalability for very large whiteboard files. The round also included discussions on the candidate's current projects.

Round 3 (Project & Design + Coding): In this 1-hour round, questions were asked related to the candidate's projects and a design problem for a real-life scenario in the Cure.fit application. This round was subjective, requiring the candidate to justify decisions with facts/statements/examples. One coding question, "Sum of Subarray Minimums" from LeetCode, was also asked.

Round 4 (HR Round): Conducted by a senior manager, this 1-hour round focused on behavioral questions such as projects the candidate was proud of, achievements in their current role, and recent project experiences. The candidate was also given time to ask questions.
