The hiring process for the Software Engineer FTE role involved an Online Coding Round followed by three virtual interview rounds.

Round 1: Online Coding Round
This round consisted of 3 questions to be solved on Hackerrank within 75 minutes. The candidate solved one question successfully and made partial progress on the other two.

Round 2: Technical Round (45 minutes)
After a self-introduction, the interviewer presented a DSA (Leetcode hard) question: "Number of Atoms". The candidate tried to solve it using a stack and map approach but could not arrive at a proper solution in the limited time, though the interviewer liked the approach. 8 students were selected for the next round.

Round 3: Concurrency Round
The round started with an introduction, followed by a request to implement a thread pool from scratch. The interviewer provided hints, and the candidate proposed a solution, but was unable to arrive at an optimal solution.

Overall Experience: Only one student was selected for the role, and one was placed on the waitlist. This candidate was not selected.
