Online Test (HackerRank) (1.5 hours)
The test was conducted on HackerRank and consisted of 6 coding problems. The candidate found it very difficult to crack, emphasizing the need for strong competitive programming skills for Codenation.
Round 1: Resume Walk-through
This round was a Google Meet call (or direct call due to internet issues). Tips: Be great at competitive programming, focus on LeetCode for interview preparation, have at least 3 flagship projects in different domains, keep the resume clean, and do not mention skills you are not confident about. System design is important for good product-based companies.
