Experience:

This experience is for an experienced professional with 5 years of IT experience who went through the Accenture hiring process in 2023.

Round 1: Online Assessment Test. This round was specific to the candidate's primary skill, consisting of 30 questions of average difficulty. A score of more than 50% was generally considered eligible for the next round, though some suggest it might not be an elimination round. Scoring over 70% could be beneficial financially if joining Accenture.

Round 2: Technical Round. Depending on whether an online skill test was conducted, there would be either one or two technical rounds. In this case, since an online skill test was taken, there was one technical video round. A senior person conducted the interview, which lasted for almost 30 minutes. The candidate cleared this round the same day.

Round 3: HR Round. The HR round was conducted via video call a couple of hours after the technical round. The HR asked about expected salary, current salary, and other related details. The HR informed that they would get back to the candidate.

Stage 4: Document Uploading. After clearing the interview rounds, there was a crucial stage of uploading numerous files to the Accenture portal and filling out cumbersome forms. It's important to note that even at this stage, the offer letter is not guaranteed, and many people have reported not receiving offers after document submission. The process involved multiple calls for corrections in the forms. It was advised to be clear about current and expected salary from the very first stage to avoid issues later.
