Experience:

Cimpress conducted its on-campus recruitment for the Batch of 2024. The process involved four rounds.

Round 1: Coding Evaluation (October 20, 2023)
This round, conducted on HackerEarth, lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes and featured three questions: two easy and one medium. Topics included loops, 2D arrays, and stacks. Approximately 200-230 students participated.

Round 2: First Face to Face Interview (October 21, 2023)
Lasting 2-2.5 hours, this technical round covered over 10 coding questions on trees, recursion, and sorting algorithms. Emphasis was placed on coding, dry runs, and explaining time complexity. OOP concepts like interfaces, inheritance, overloading, and overriding were also discussed.

Round 3: Second Face-to-Face Interview (October 21, 2023)
This round, lasting about 1 hour, focused on the candidate's resume, projects, and tech stack. Deep dives into MySQL, DBMS, OOP, and development were conducted. Specific coding questions included traversing a LinkedList and finding its middle element.
