Stipend: ₹1.3 Lakh/month OA The Online Assessment consisted of: 1 DSA question — Medium difficulty 1 Code Repository-based question Behavioral questions Work Style Assessment Interview Process Round 1 — Technical The round consisted of: 2 DSA questions BFS-based problem — similar to Time Needed to Inform All Employees on LeetCode. DSU/Union-Find — Hard — similar to Making A Large Island on LeetCode. Apart from DSA, I was asked a few behavioral questions, such as: Tell me about a time when you missed a deadline. Tell me about a time when you got stuck during your internship. What did you do? Overall, the round went well. I was able to solve both DSA questions with some guidance and clarification from the interviewer. Round 2 — Hiring Manager This round was quite different from the Technical round. The interview started with a deep discussion about one of my GenAI projects. The interviewer asked me to explain several concepts and technical terms from the project in depth. The discussion went on for around 40–45 minutes. At that point, the interviewer mentioned that we had around 15 minutes left and suggested moving beyond the project discussion. The remaining time was spent on: Amazon Leadership Principles Behavioral questions Situational questions The interview ended almost exactly at the 1-hour mark. One thing I found interesting was that no DSA question was asked in the Hiring Manager round. This could have been because a significant portion of the interview was spent discussing my project, or simply because the interviewer chose to focus on other areas.
