OA:-The technical test was conducted virtually through a scheduled meeting. Candidates were required to join using a laptop/desktop, keep their video on, and share their screen throughout the test. The test consisted of 25 technical MCQs to be completed within 45 minutes. The questions covered technical concepts relevant to the applied position. The test followed a +4/-1 marking scheme, with +4 for each correct answer, -1 for each incorrect answer, and no penalty for unanswered questions. The test required careful time management due to the negative marking and fixed submission window. Technical Interview:-The technical interview started with a brief self-introduction. The interviewer then asked me to write code to generate a PWM signal with a 40% duty cycle. After that, the interviewer asked several questions related to STM32 microcontrollers, including concepts related to microcontroller programming and peripheral configuration. The interview mainly focused on my understanding of embedded systems, PWM, and STM32.
