Experience:

C-DOT visited the campus for a full-time Research Engineer role. The location offered was Bangalore/Delhi. Eligibility criteria included specific CGPA and age requirements.

Round 1: Resume-Based Shortlisting
Candidates were shortlisted based on their resumes. Advice was given to make resumes attractive by including more projects, technical knowledge (subject + language), and certifications.

Round 2: Technical + HR Interview
This was a single interview conducted by a panel of two people, lasting 15 minutes. The candidate's specialization was Data Science, so most questions were from ML and DL.
