Topics asked

Round 1: It was an LP behavioral round. The interviewer came up with 3 questions and asked a lot of follow ups. It was all revolving around my work experience. Round 2: The round started with 2 LP behavioral questionsfollowed by a coding question. The question is close to a variant of LC "Meeting rooms" question. I was able to solve and explain the code. Round 3: This was with the HMover 2 decades of experience but was chill. He too started with 2 LP behavioral questions and then followed up with a coding question. I was asked a LLD question where there are a bunch of lockers (smallmedium and large) and I need to return the optimal locker for the delivery guy when the package is scanned. We need to allocate the smallest available possible locker to the package. I could solve but the interviewerwhen askedsaid "We could optimize the code but we are short on time so let's proceed". I came up with a working solution. Round 4: Same pattern again2 LP behavioral questions and later asked to solve 'Longest substring length of a string without repeating characters'. This was the easiest round and I could give brute force and optimal solution. But since we have time he kept adding couple more scenarios.

Detailed experience

Applied for the SDE-2026 role in the 1st week of August and received an OA in the 3rd week of Aug. 12/15 cases passed in the coding and 2/6 passed in the Work Simulation question and then answered work-style questions. My status immediately went to "No longer under consideration" the next day but still received an interview invite on Sept 1 and I schedule for a week later. Round 1: It was an LP behavioral round. Round 3: This was with the HM, over 2 decades of experience but was chill. He too started with 2 LP behavioral questions and then followed up with a coding question. I was asked a LLD question where there are a bunch of lockers (small, medium and large) and I need to return the optimal locker for the delivery guy when the package is scanned. This was the easiest round and I could give brute force and optimal solution. But since we have time he kept adding couple more scenarios. Every round, except the first, had 15-20 min of LP questions and 30-35 min of coding and 5 min for asking questions. Everyone said "Wait for 5 business days for the reply", as if it was part of the interview script and felt funny after a while
