The Tolaram interview process consisted of two rounds: a resume-based interview followed by an HR round. The first round focused mainly on my resume. I was asked to explain my academic background, internships, projects, and technical skills. The interviewer went through my project experience and asked questions about my role, the challenges I faced, and how I approached solving problems. There were also questions about teamwork, leadership, decision-making, and how my technical background could contribute to a business transformation role. The second round was an HR interview. The discussion focused more on my personality, career goals, strengths and weaknesses, communication skills, and motivation for joining Tolaram. I was also asked why I was interested in the Management Trainee – Business Transformation position and how I saw myself contributing to the organization. Overall, the interview was a mix of resume-based technical and behavioral questions, followed by an HR discussion. The key takeaway was to have a clear understanding of everything mentioned on the resume and be prepared to connect technical experience with business impact, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
