ZS Associates Interview Experience After clearing the initial rounds, I appeared for the Case Interview followed by the EBI (Experience-Based Interview). Case Interview The interview was completely case-based and focused on a political-party scenario. The case involved: Calculating remaining vote share. Finding the maximum constituencies a party could win with unlimited and restricted budgets. Designing an effective advertisement strategy. The interviewer also discussed my projects, technical contributions, tech stack, and implementation details, followed by behavioral questions around teamwork, deadlines, and conflicts. The interview ended with three puzzles, including one with additional constraints. The entire round lasted around 1 hour 28 minutes. EBI Round The EBI started with HR and behavioral questions, followed by detailed resume and project discussions. I was also given a guesstimate, where the interviewer focused more on my assumptions and thought process than the final number. The round lasted approximately 38 minutes.
