Experience:

Robert Bosch visited the campus for 2023 CSE, IT, ECE, and EEE students. The eligibility criteria included 60% or 6 CGPA in B.Tech. The job was for mobility and IT services.

Round 1: Online Assessment

This round was held on June 21st and consisted of MCQs and 1 coding question of easy-medium level. The MCQs covered general aptitude, verbal, and logical reasoning. Approximately 50% of the students cleared this round.

Pre-Placement Talk:

For shortlisted students, Bosch conducted a pre-placement talk called "BGSW Day" on June 25th, 2022. It was very engaging, and candidates were advised to listen carefully as it could be beneficial in the interview.

Round 2: Online Interview (Technical)

This round was held two days after the pre-placement talk (around June 27th). There was no HR round for this campus, but it was noted that an HR round might occur for other campuses or off-campus applications. The interview for a CSE student included:

• "Tell me about yourself."
• Questions on mentioned projects (emphasis on knowing projects very well).
• OOPs concepts like inheritance and polymorphism with their real-life use.
• Software testing types.
• SDLC lifecycle.
• One coding question (easy level).
• "Any questions?" (Candidates were advised to have at least 2 good questions prepared).

Overall, it was a learning experience, and the interviewers were polite and supportive. Tips included being clear with core subjects (OOPs, DBMS, Software Engineering, Computer Networks), being thorough with projects, and staying calm. Coding level was not difficult.
