Experience:

Ananti Saini shared her on-campus interview experience for a Software Engineer Intern (SDE1) role at BlackRock in 2023. The eligibility criteria were around 6 or 7 CGPA.

Round 1 (Online Assessment): This round had around three to four sections including SQL, Data Structures, Aptitude, and English MCQs. Each question had a specific time duration.

Round 2 (Technical Interview): This was a resume-based round where the interviewers asked about projects and skills listed on the resume. One DSA question was given to code, which was related to stacks and queues, and rated as a medium-level difficulty. Basic OOPs questions were also asked. This round lasted approximately 40-45 minutes.

Round 3 (HR Round): This was an extended HR round with very standard questions. Questions included "Why do you want to join BlackRock?", "What are your strengths and weaknesses?", and inquiries about projects. The round lasted about 20-25 minutes and was described as pretty easy.

Tips from the candidate included being consistent with DSA daily, keeping basics strong in OS, Computer Networks, and DBMS, and maintaining a good CGPA.
