Recruiter Call: A 15-minute initial call from a WBD recruiter.

Hiring Manager Video Interview: A 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager.

"The LOOP" (4 interviews): This consisted of four 1-hour interviews over 2-3 days, each focusing on a different competency:

• Problem Solving: Questions related to project management scenarios.
• Communication: Assessed communication skills in various contexts.
• Software Literacy: Technical understanding relevant to project management, but not deep coding.
• Management Skills: Questions about leadership, team management, and project execution.

The interview style leaned heavily towards situation-based (STAR method) questions and assessing culture fit, rather than deep technical or coding problems.

Result: The candidate received an offer within a week but ultimately declined it for a more lucrative opportunity.
