Experience:

Walmart Global Tech visited the campus to hire for the Software Development Engineer role. The process started with a CGPA-based shortlisting, followed by an Online Assessment and three technical interview rounds.

Round 1: Online Assessment (HirePro platform, 1 hour 15 minutes)
This round consisted of 22 technical MCQs covering OOPS, OS, DBMS, Networks, and SQL (35 minutes). It also included 2 coding questions of easy-medium level (40 minutes).

Coding Questions:
1. Given an array containing numbers, find the number of factors of each number.

Round 2: Technical Interview 1 (Physical, 1-1.5 hours)
The interviewer, an SDE 3, started with an introduction and then deeply discussed the candidate's resume and projects. Questions focused on core CSE subjects, including in-depth discussions on projects. No coding problem was asked in this round.

Round 3: Technical Interview 2 (Physical, 1.5 hours)
A senior engineer conducted this round. After an introduction, the interviewer gave a DSA problem: "Print a given matrix in spiral form." The candidate explained their thought process and dry-ran the code.

Round 4: Technical Interview 3 (Physical, 1.5 hours, originally supposed to be HR)
This round focused solely on the candidate's projects and internship experience. The interviewer asked about various situations related to the projects and how to approach problems and find optimal solutions.

Verdict: The candidate was selected and received a full-time offer.
