Zinnia, formerly known as SE2, is a tech company focused on transforming the life and annuity industry. The recruitment process for the Associate Software Developer role involved an Online Coding Assessment, a Group Discussion Round, a Technical Round, and an HR Round. Academic criteria for eligibility included 60 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X, and XII, with no backlogs at the time of the interview.

Round 1: Online Coding Round
This round consisted of two coding questions, one easy and one medium level, to be solved within one hour. Strong data structures and algorithms skills were essential to clear this round.

Round 2: Group Discussion Round
In this round, five students were given a topic on "Upcoming Technology" and instructed to discuss its pros and cons. Good communication skills and confidence were important to clear this round.

Round 3: Technical Round - 1
