Round-1: Online Aptitude Test (AMCAT)

• Pre-placement Talk: Conducted before the online test.
• Verbal (18 questions, 18 minutes): Tested basic English knowledge, grammar, vocabulary, and passage reading.
• Quantitative (16 questions, 16 minutes): Comprised simple MCQ arithmetic problems (Class 8 level).
• Coding (45 minutes): Two coding problems were given. The candidate had to write code for GCD and a specific pattern printing problem.

Technical Round: The technical round started in the afternoon. The interviewer asked about subjects studied in the candidate's stream (Information Technology), including Operating System, DBMS, Computer Networking, and Programming languages. Specific questions included "What is 'Deadlock' and how can we prevent and avoid it?" and "Semaphores" and the "difference between binary and counting semaphores."
