Experience:

This on-campus recruitment process consisted of three rounds.

Round 1: Online Assessment (3 hours)
This round was an online assessment with a total of 200 students participating. It included three MCQ sections and two coding sections.

• MCQ Sections: Aptitude, Technical and Web, Communication and Verbal.
• First Coding Round: Had 4 questions ranging from easy to medium-level. The questions included: "Reverse individual words", "String A in String B", and "Decode String".
• Second Coding Round (Power Coding): Had 3 questions, all of which were Dynamic Programming (DP) problems.

The candidate solved all MCQ questions and 3 questions from the first coding section, leading to selection for the next round.

Round 2: Technical Interview (15-20 minutes)
This round was scheduled the day after the online assessment, with only 40 students selected. The interview lasted around 20 minutes. The interviewer asked for an introduction and then questions from:

• Java and C++
• OOPS concepts
• SQL
• HTML, CSS

The difficulty of questions was easy, focusing on checking basic knowledge. The candidate was asked a total of 18 questions and could answer almost all of them.

Round 3: HR Interview (3-5 minutes)
After 3-4 hours of the technical interview, an email for the HR round was received, scheduled on the same day. 22 students were selected for this round. Questions included:

• "Introduce yourself."
• Inquiry about the 2-year bond agreement.
• Information about the company and its bases.
• "Are you willing to relocate to a different city?"

The overall experience was moderate, but with preparation in important and recently asked questions, it was manageable.
