Experience:

This Siemens interview experience for a Graduate Engineer Trainee position in Analytics/Data Science was an on-campus drive.

Online Aptitude Round:
This round consisted of four sections: Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation (LRDI), and English. Over 90% of resumes were shortlisted for this round. Approximately 70-80 students out of 300 applicants were selected after this online aptitude test.

Technical Interview Round:
This round lasted about 40 minutes with one interviewer. Questions focused heavily on the candidate's resume and projects, including keywords and relevant technologies used. Technical questions covered Data Structures and Algorithms, puzzles, and a pattern question. Examples of puzzles mentioned were "How many balls can you fit into a regular tetrahedral" and a problem involving numbers from 0-101 in an array of size 100.

HR Interview Round:
This round aimed to assess the candidate's background and opinions. The candidate advised relating answers to the HR questions back to their projects and resume to make them more appealing.

Finally, 16 students were selected for the GET position. The candidate emphasized the importance of being able to defend one's resume properly.
