Experience:

Titan (Directi) visited the campus for SDE 6 months Intern + FTE roles. The interview process consisted of four rounds.

Round 1: Online Test (75 minutes)
This round comprised 3 questions: 1 Medium and 2 Hard.

• Question similar to "Allocate the minimum number of pages".
• Question similar to LeetCode problem 2203: "Minimum Weighted Subgraph With the Required Paths".
• A graph problem: Given a source and destination, find the path with minimum stress level, where stress level is the maximum edge weight on the path.

Algo Round I (70-80 minutes)
The round began with an introduction, followed by questions about internship experience and areas of interest. The interviewer then presented a coding question in a shared document. The candidate had 60 minutes to explain the approach and write the code. The question was "Maximum Distance" (Codeforces 1081/D). The interviewer was supportive, providing hints when the thought process was clear.

Algo Round II (60 minutes)
Similar to the previous round, it started with an introduction, and a coding question was provided: "Contest Balloons" (Codeforces 725/D). The interviewer again guided the candidate when they were close to the solution but not entirely correct, suggesting to start coding and discussing test cases during implementation.

Final Round (70 minutes)
This round was conducted by a Senior Manager with 10 years of backend experience. It involved discussions about previous internship experience and projects from the resume. Questions were asked about MySQL vs MongoDB, preferences, and detailed explanations of a MySQL project including table structures, attributes, relationships, and specific queries for functionality. Indexing and types of indexes used were also discussed. A system design problem was posed: "Aarogya Setu". Real-life scenarios and handling them were also part of the discussion.
