Experience:

The interview process for a Software Engineer at Reveal Health Tech, a startup company in the healthcare domain, consisted of three stages.

Stage 1: Coding Assessment

This initial round was a coding assessment with a difficulty level ranging from medium to hard. It included multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 2-3 coding problems.

Stage 2: Technical Interview

This technical interview lasted for almost two hours. The discussion began with the candidate's roles and responsibilities in their current organization, followed by rapid questions on this topic. The interviewer then presented some challenges to complete, leading into discussions on complexity analysis and minimizing the same. Further questions covered the latest technologies, DNS, and deployment in Kubernetes and AWS. A particularly challenging part involved implementing several classes in Python, where the interviewer dictated the terms, and the candidate had to code in real-time.
