The Sprinklr SDE FTE recruitment process involved four distinct rounds.

Round 1: Online Coding Assessment

Held in July 2023, this round consisted of three relatively hard questions based on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). It was challenging, requiring a solid understanding of DSA concepts. Out of approximately 350 students, only 70 who solved at least one question correctly were shortlisted.

Suggestion: Brush up on DSA skills. Regular practice on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or GeeksforGeeks is beneficial.

Tips: Don't panic if questions seem difficult; take time to understand the problem before attempting to solve it.

Round 2: Technical Interview Round-1

This round focused heavily on DSA. The interviewer assessed the candidate's understanding of various data structures, algorithms, and their applications. The candidate was also asked to solve a few problems on the spot.

Suggestion: Be prepared to explain your thought process while solving DSA problems and familiarize yourself with common DSA-based interview questions.

Tips: Don't rush answers; take time to explain solutions clearly and logically.

Round 3: Technical Interview Round-2

This was a more comprehensive technical interview, covering DSA, Operating Systems (OS), Computer Networks, and System Design. Questions were a mix of theory and problem-solving, designed to test in-depth understanding.

Suggestion: Review concepts of OS, Computer Networks, and System Design along with DSA. Be prepared for questions related to real-world applications.

Round 4: HR Round

The final round was an HR interview. Questions were personal, aimed at understanding ambitions, strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with Sprinklr's work culture. This round was an opportunity to showcase soft skills and personality traits.
