Experience:

The entire recruitment process for a Full-Time Employee (FTE) role at Sprinklr consisted of 5 rounds.

Round 1: Coding Round (90 minutes, HackerEarth)

This round had 3 questions.

• Question 1 (50 points): Related to strings and queries (described as tougher than expected for a first question).
• Question 2 (75 points): Related to Bit Manipulation (Medium-Hard difficulty).
• Question 3 (100 points): Related to trees using LCA by Binary uplifting (Hard difficulty).

The candidate solved the first two problems, scoring 125 points, and was one of 17 candidates shortlisted from their college.

Round 2: Technical Round-1 (45 minutes)

The interview began with introductions from both the interviewer and the candidate.

• Puzzle: A puzzle was given, which the candidate solved with a few hints. A small follow-up involved solving the same puzzle with a limit of 3 people.
• DSA Problem: "Node with K Distance in Tree." The candidate solved this with O(N) space complexity but was asked to optimize it further. They managed to write and debug the code, discussing it with the interviewer.

10 out of 17 candidates were shortlisted for the next round.

Round 3: Technical Round-2 (35 minutes)

This round started with a brief introduction.

• Problem: A problem described as DP on a tree, which initially looked tough but was overall medium-hard. The candidate was able to solve it after a few minutes of discussion.
• Problem: Another problem related to Game Theory, where the key observation was that only perfect squares have odd numbers of factors. The interviewer only asked for the explanation, no code.
• Discussion: Questions about the candidate's internship experience and React were asked.

All 4 remaining candidates were shortlisted for the next round.

Round 4: Technical Round-3

This round started with a relatively tough Tree problem.

Round 5: Cultural Fitness Round (HR Round, 25 minutes)

The HR round covered typical behavioral questions.

• Behavioral Questions: "Why Sprinklr?", "Why you are a good fit for this role?", strengths, weaknesses, future plans, "What does Sprinklr do?", challenges faced during internship experiences and how they were overcome.

Tip: The candidate advised reading "The 5 Pillars of Living The Sprinklr Way" before the interview.

Result: All 4 candidates who reached this round received an offer.
