The recruitment process for Bank of America included a Video Interview, Technical Round 1, and Technical Round 2 + HR.

The Video Interview consisted of 2 coding questions and 2 HR questions. It was a recorded written test without an aptitude section. Candidates had to write code, explain it, and answer HR questions.
