Experience:

The recruitment process for the Data Analyst internship at Axis Bank involved two rounds: an online assessment test and an interview. The candidate was placed through on-campus placement.

Round 1 (Online Assessment Test): This test had 100 questions and lasted 2 hours. It included 30 questions from Quantitative Aptitude, 45 from Logical Reasoning, English, and Verbal Ability. There was also a separate Python data science question. The overall difficulty level of the test was described as easy to moderate, with some CAT-level questions.

Round 2 (Interview): This was a single interview round that lasted about one hour. It comprised a mix of a basic introduction, a technical round, a case study, and a customer scenario. The interview began with a 1.5-minute self-introduction. Questions were then asked about the candidate's internship experience and the insights gained. A project, specifically a credit card project, was discussed in detail. A "simple" SQL question was posed, followed by a case study/guesstimate problem.
