The Online Assessment was conducted on HackerEarth and covered various areas: Aptitude questions (puzzles, profit/loss, simple/compound interest, probability, speed/distance/time problems) and two medium-level coding challenges. The coding questions dealt with strings, bit manipulation, and dynamic programming, requiring a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.

The interview process then moved to a single, combined technical and HR session at the Siemens office in Pune, lasting about an hour. It included a deep dive into the candidate's resume, projects, and previous experiences, with detailed questions about skills and thought processes. A database design challenge was presented, where the candidate had to draw the database structure for one of their projects. Questions also focused on user experience (UX) and how to improve it in specific scenarios. Situation-based questions were used to assess problem-solving skills, and standard HR questions covered personality, career aspirations, and company culture fit. After a two-week wait, the candidate received an offer.
