Round 1: Online Assessment
This round consisted of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) questions and Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The MCQs were timed based on their complexity, and the DSA part involved a simple simulation question.

Round 2: Technical F2F Interview
The second round was a face-to-face technical interview. It began with a self-introduction, followed by a coding question: "Palindrome Linked List".

The overall scheduling was heavily criticized for being "hopeless" and lacking "interview etiquette". Approximately 35 candidates were shortlisted for the first round, and initially, they were called in alphabetical order. After two hours, the process was changed to an alternating method. The candidate reported waiting around 4 hours for their first round, which lasted only 10 minutes. The interviewer did not review the resume and directly asked to code the palindrome linked list question on paper. Within 10 minutes of exiting the interview room, the candidate was informed of their rejection.
