Experience:

The interview process consisted of three rounds.

Round 1: Online Technical Coding Round (1 hour)
This round was held on the HackerEarth platform and comprised 3 questions. The candidate fully solved the first 2 problems. One of the questions was: "Given an n-ary tree find the maximum number of invitations we can give to nodes such that 2 directly connected nodes can't be given invitations together."

Round 2: Technical Interview (1 hour)
The interviewer started with an introduction and then asked the candidate to introduce themselves. Following this, coding questions were asked on their code pair IDE. Three questions were asked. The questions involved array manipulation and dynamic programming concepts. The candidate was expected to write a complete design problem while giving proper explanations of the proposed solution.

Round 3: Object-Oriented Design Round (1 hour)
This round focused on object-oriented design. The interviewer asked about the candidate's projects, challenges faced, and how they aimed to solve those challenges in the future. A design question was posed, which needed to be solved with the best time and space complexity.

Overall Experience: The candidate felt that if they could get into Rippling, anyone could, emphasizing perseverance despite rejections from other companies.
