This experience details a fresher recruitment process for Restroworks with a promised 10 LPA package.

Round 1: Online Assessment
After a resume shortlisting of 24 students, an online assessment was conducted. This round included 5 coding questions, which were described as ranging from medium to hard difficulty. Additionally, there was a section for logical thinking, which was in an MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) format.

Round 2: Virtual Technical Interview
Following the online assessment, the candidate received an email for a slot in a virtual technical interview. A senior engineer conducted this interview, starting with an introduction and a discussion about the projects the candidate had worked on. Questions were also asked about the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and OOPs concepts. The candidate felt they delivered everything well but was ultimately not shortlisted for the next stage due to a perceived "lack of communication skills."
