Axis Bank visited the campus for Business Analyst Intern roles for Summer 2020. The selection process involved an online test followed by two rounds of interviews.

Selection Process: The process started with an online test that included Machine Learning MCQs and one coding question. CV shortlisting was also a significant factor.

Technical + HR Round: This round lasted about one and a half hours. Technical questions focused on machine learning basics, logical reasoning, and situation-based scenarios. Questions were also asked based on the candidate's CV. The HR part covered motivation, strengths, weaknesses, and further situational questions. Results were declared on the same day.

Tips: Have a few relevant projects or internships. Possess a deep understanding of your work and be ready to answer related questions. Maintain a high CGPA, as some companies shortlist based on it. Prepare a standard set of HR questions in advance.
