The conversation transitioned into technical aspects of Android development after a customary introduction. Questions included a project discussion, specifically about Firebase implementations. The interviewer asked about the Splash Screen, Activity Lifecycle, Service Implementation, Service Lifecycle, and Launch Types in Android applications. The candidate explained LiveData as a data holder class and described the significance of the AndroidManifest.xml file and Gradle's role.
