Experience:

This on-campus placement experience at PepsiCo GPS for a Computer Science student from VIT comprised three rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Based Round: Candidates were given an hour to answer aptitude questions. Based on performance, a few candidates were selected for the next round.

Round 2 - Technical Interview (with GD): This round assessed not only the technical skills of the candidate but also their potential for growth and fit within the team. It included a Group Discussion (GD) component.

Round 3 - Final HR Interview: This round was primarily non-eliminating and focused on checking if the candidate was willing to relocate to Hyderabad and work on-site at the PepsiCo office in Kokapet.

The advice for juniors was to stick to their projects from initial years, perfect themselves in one domain, and be confident and proficient in their chosen domain.
