Experience:

This candidate shared their on-campus interview experience for an Intern role at Porter, resulting in an offer.

Round 1 (DSA Round): This was a pure DSA round where the candidate solved 3 questions in 45 minutes. While the exact questions were not remembered, the first was based on string manipulation, and the second and third were described as LeetCode medium problems. The interviewer emphasized quick problem-solving.

Round 2 (LLD Round): This round focused on low-level design. The interviewer asked the candidate to design a parking lot system for cars and then extend it to include two-wheelers and three-wheelers. Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts were heavily tested. The interviewer did not expect perfect syntax but looked for a flexible design that could accommodate further modifications.

Round 3 (HR Round): This round consisted of typical HR questions such as "Why do you want to join our company?" and "Why this company and not Google?". The candidate advised maintaining a charming smile, having some knowledge about the company, and being confident, as tonality matters more than words. Personal questions were also asked, for which the candidate suggested telling positive and inspiring stories. The candidate ultimately received an offer for an Intern position.
