The interviewer (MTS-4 with 10 years of experience) stated that 10 minutes would be spent on past work, followed by two DSA problems. The candidate summarized their work at the previous organization. The DSA questions were described as "softballs." The first one took less than 10 minutes, with a focus on code quality. The second problem took slightly more time, and the candidate got a bit stuck but believed multisource BFS was the solution, which the interviewer seemed convinced by.
