Experience:

This company visited the campus for recruitment. The process involved an online test followed by a technical interview.

Online Test:
The first round included a coding question, technical MCQs, and aptitude MCQs. The aptitude questions were easy, the coding question was tricky (medium level), and the technical section was above medium level. A sectional cut-off was applied in the technical and aptitude rounds, and it was important to pass all test cases for the coding question. Out of approximately 250+ students, 40 were selected for the interview round.

Interview:
The interview was conducted in the company office. The interviewer started with "Tell me something about yourself." This was followed by a follow-up question about the candidate's father's occupation. Technical questions included:

• What is the Wrapper function in Java? (Candidate was unfamiliar)
• What is the Final keyword? (Explained its use for non-changeable classes, attributes, methods)
• What is Finalize in Java? (Explained its use for cleanup activity before object destruction by the Garbage Collector)
• What are Deep copy and Shallow Copy? (Explained the difference in storing original object copies and reference addresses vs. repetitive copies)
• Write a program for Deep copy and Shallow Copy. (Candidate wrote in C++)

A puzzle was also given to solve. The candidate asked for feedback and areas for improvement at the end.

Overall Experience: The process was detailed, with a focus on core Java concepts, object copying, and problem-solving through puzzles and coding.
