The candidate, Rishi Shukla, successfully secured a Business Analyst role at Accordion. The interview process consisted of two main rounds. Before the interviews, there were Online Assessment (OA) rounds that focused heavily on aptitude questions, particularly in quantitative abilities, comparable to CAT aspirant level.

In the first interview round, the interviewer asked the candidate to introduce himself briefly and then immediately moved to a case study.

The second interview round began with the interviewer introducing themselves, followed by a more detailed self-description from the candidate. This round also included a case study.

The candidate highlighted that pre-placement support, including resume reviews and mock interviews, was very beneficial. He also mentioned that data science courses provided by MAS were helpful.
